“28 Then they cry out to the LORD in their trouble,
And He brings them out of their distresses.
29 He calms the storm,
So that its waves are still.
30 Then they are glad because they are quiet;
So He guides them to their desired haven.”
It has been 4 months today since a storm shook up my life. This weekend, another storm is impacting the east coast. I am praying special prayers for everyone that has been or will be affected by Hurricane Irene. If we turn to the Lord, He will give us calm even in the midst of storms. -Beth
