This has been a pretty dramatic planner change for me. I went from a daily planner to a monthly planner 9 days ago. The daily was great, but I felt the need to fill up the pages. I wrote so much down that I ended up stressing myself out. So I decided to give up on my goal of using the same planner for the entire year. That’s how the great planner party with Laura came about.
I knew I needed a monthly view, but I didn’t know if I could love a monthly only planner. Laura convinced me to give it a try, and I’m glad she did! I bought the Gallery Leather monthly desk planner from Barnes and Noble. It runs from July 2012-December 2013. It has that all important prettiness factor. I love the cream colored pages, the bookmark, and the gold edges. My favorite feature, though is the ginormous note pages in the back. There are 29 total note pages. It’s great to have all that room!
So far, I am loving having a simpler planner to write less in. We’ll see how long I stick with it!
