I love this sweet little quilt. I found the fabric with old toys at Hobby Lobby and knew I just had to make a baby boy quilt out of it. The pattern came about by accident. I was planning to do a 9 patch with sashing in between each block. I didn’t have enough fabric on hand that matched for the sashing. Out of curiosity, I smooshed the blocks up together just to see what it looked like. I liked how it looked, so I went with it. Am I the only person who comes up with some of my best work by accident? Oh, and I have to say a special thanks to Mama for doing the binding for me!
