1. Hear ye, Hear ye. On this day, the 29th of March in the year 2012, Beth has made a proclamation that she will not buy any clothes, shoes, or accessories for herself until at least July 1, 2012. If she breaks her self-imposed shopping ban, there will be dire, yet to be determined consequences.

Have you read any of the Confessions of a Shopaholic books? I’m afraid that I am becoming too much like one of my favorite book characters. Okay, so I’m not as bad as Becky Bloomwood, but still…something’s gotta give. Hold me accountable!

2. I picked a good time for a shopping ban. April, May, and June are going to be so hectic that I probably won’t have time to shop. Oh, I’m sneaky.

3. Tomorrow I go back to my GI doctor. I’m optimistic that he will have a few more answers for me this week. I’m hoping to walk away from the appointment with a plan to make this stomach pain disappear! I’m ready to be back to normal. If you don’t mind, please keep me in your prayers. I know this is not a serious thing, but it does make me feel yucky every single day.
