This is my go to cheese ball recipe that I use for showers. It’s so good, that I’ve decided that I’m no longer going to wait for a shower to make this!
Southern Cheese Ball
- 2 8 oz blocks of cream cheese at room temp
- 1 small can of crushed pineapple – well drained
- 1 chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Lawry’s seasoning salt
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Mix everything but the pecans. Shape into a ball and then roll or cover with pecans. Chill overnight.
